Just been trying out the Book Creator software and I have created a book on Universal Digital Human Rights. Impressed with the BC software so far, although print is too small on the phone and I’m not sure if you enlarge it:
UPDATE (13.5.22) Just noticed the book can be downloaded as a EPUB file which means that if viewed on mobile device you can zoom in and out and copy and paste:

It’s a great tool! You can change the view to look at one page at a time if that helps on a phone.
